Think feminism is dead?  Think again.  We are high school juniors and seniors and we are young feminists. This blog was founded in the fall of 2010 by that year’s feminism class of fierce young feminists. Each year, members of our school’s feminism class blog about our observations, commentaries, rants, and raves on issues and themes that emerge from our Fierce and Fabulous: Feminist Writers, Artists, and Activists class led by our teacher Ileana Jiménez, who blogs at Feminist Teacher.  We are today’s change agents and activists, poets and artists, writers and bloggers who are making a better world.

A special shout out to Miriam Zoila Pérez and Chloe Angyal from Feministing who helped us launch our feminist class blog in the fall of 2010.
